2008 DC "read only" not replicating

Hi,

We have several 2003 and 2008 DC's.

We have one DC at a remote site that is Read Only.

Currently when changes are made to scripts in sysvol on a r/w DC they dont replicate to the Read Only DC.

New folders and files being moved DO get replicated but not file changes.

Could anyone suggest where to start?
