2004p2 unregistered

Just started a new job and I'm not new to the nortel world but I'm new to IP phones. They just moved some phones and one was an 2004p2. The display is blank after they move it. I did a stat on the tn and it says ideal unregistered. Not sure what the problem is, could some one help the lost one please.

New IP phone needs TN to put in.

First of all, verify that phone can communicate with the system. When you connect the cable on the phone, red light should flash and after few seconds, it prompt you to enter Node and TN.

If this not happen, that's mean, the problem is between the system and the place where the phone is located.

If it's prompt for TN, make sure the correct TN is configured for the phone 2004p2
