2003 SBS Server Licensing issue

we recently added some more CAL User license packs to our server via the add license wizard.

According to this these have been ectivate and we are licensed for up to 15 users now.

However, we still have a "Maximum Usage" number of 10 clients. Have we done something wrong?

I have the exact same problem right now. I bought and activated 25 CAL's from a reseller with Microsoft and the total amount of licenses installed is 25, but the max authorizes is 6. I am trying to find a solution on the web almost everywhere but it looks like nobody ever had this issue
