2003 Migration Experience needed

We are ready to migrate our NT PDC to a 2003 Server with Active Directory. I have read all of the FAQ's etc., and I know that this is a fairly simple proceedure. But what I would like to know is if anyone experienced any problems with the migration process. We have 4 other Domains that will remain NT Servers and we have ALOT of Windows 98 Clients.

Well I am on a project with 12,000 users migrating from Novell to Windows. Nothing is simple, except the users. Windows 98 don't really get "Migrated" per say, just watch the SID's for Outlook.

GPO's, permissions, can be tricky, but it all depends if it is done manually or remotely etc....
