Hi:

Newbie here. If this has already been asked, I apologize, but could not find in the DB.

I have Visio 2002 Professional Enterprise Arthictect Edition with the full blown .NET EA. Is Visio 2003 Professional really that much different, and is it worth the upgrade?

Tks. VG

VG,
I'm not seeing enough to really validate the money we spent. The drawing size has really gone down and the file format seems to have changed (meaning you can't open 2k3 files with 2k2 or earlier Visio...caca). As well, we count on being able to open Bentley Microstation files with Visio. That went away with this version. More caca. I'm not satisfied.

One point to remember if you use 2003 to create a drawing you can not open in 2002 it's not backward compatable, unlike 2000 & 2002.
I have Visio 2000, 2002 & 2003, a few changes but will you use them does the cost justify the change - no
