my client just changed over from Verizon to Time Warner and we started getting busy signals after dialing we found out that the nec was sending 1760 before it sent the 011xxxxxxxx for international calls we removed it and it worked fine only to find out the only phone we tested was unrestricted some one said then that they had account codes like *#117 then dial 9 then the number but when they do they get reorder tone again what table stops the switch from sending the 1760 before every call. my friend is really trying hard but anyhelp i can get him would be appreicatied thanks

If they are sending the #117 via lcr, then see the route location and remove it: i.e.
8A405>1>000
~ (8a405 will have all the digits dialed after you dialed 9 i.e. 1 ~ 0. It may also break out the digits i.e. 12
13
140
1410
1411
etc)

(the 000 digits are pointing to 8a500)
8A500>100>00 (pointing to add digits in 8a900)
8A900>0>B117 CCC (this adds the digits B117 and ccc execute will delete it)

im not sure but the *#XXX is an account code they dial then 9 then the number after it is dialed there is a long pause then they get reorder tone. if this is a forced account code is this the same table that would add the 1760 before the international number 011XXXXXXXXXX thanks im forwarding this info to my nec guy.

I don't see your issue as account codes, disa or anything like that. None of these, as far as I know, send digits to the telco. To me it seems as a digit addition issue in the least cost routing. check out 8a405>0 what do you get? or 8a405>01 or 8a405>011? you should get a three digit number. Take those digits and enter 8a5NN(the three digits you found) what do you get? lets say you get 8a5NN>100>?? the answer will be two digits. Then take those two digits and enter 8a9NN>0>1760?? did you find the 1760 here? If yes, delete it. If not, then I do not know the solution.
