2000 server on xp clinet

Sir,
I want to install windows 2000 server on one of my client which already have win xp pro installed on it.

I have a cd rom drive on some other machine and i am taking the setup from that machine.

It is giving an error :-
"Upgraded version already available"

Plz guide... how to install 2000 server on that machine ...

Do not boot with your XP. Try to use a bootdisk with MS Client on it. Then you will be able to connect to your other computer.
Otherwise,... install a CD drive on that computer.
