I have been doing some testing with W2K3 with different workstation OS's and for some reason, W2K Pro will not see the network on a domain. I have three workstations on a W2K3 domain. 98, XP Pro, and W2K Pro. 98 and XP Pro work just fine, but the W2K will not. Is Microsoft trying to force an XP native network, or am I missing something?

theres no reason why it shouldnt - is there any particular error message it comes up with when trying to join?

Do you have the DNS setup correctly, and the 2000 box pointing to it? If it can't find the DNS entry for the AD DC, it won't be able to join.

But as Dogers said, what errors, if any, are you getting?
