I'm aware of being able to check / change status of the systems day/nite1/nite2 mode via station dial-up. Is there a way to check mode from the main. term.?

I asked this very same question to a Mitel instructor and was surprised to hear there is no maintenance command to check service. You can however switch service from a maintenance term with the command “cp service”

It's not the most efficent way to check, but if you don't want to switch service and don't have access to a phone to check via FAC, you could search the maintenance logs for "service" and you should see the last service change event.

You can also schedule by using
prog service sched (day, night1,night2)daily ) 08:00

then turn on by
prog serv sched on

prog serv sched (day,night1,night2) on or off
