I have two 2000IVS2's running with digital CCIS using CCTA cards. I can call between systems, can place calls from the remote system through the main one to the ISDN trunks. My problem is getting the SMDR to work.
The remote switch is two PIMS with DLC cards, no AP00. The main system has an AP00 in PIM 1 which I use for the SMDR on Port 0. I am trying to get the SMDR from the remote system to go over the CCIS link and output on Port 1 of the AP00 card in the main system.
I have been through the manuals and have gotten myself quite confused. Would appreciate some guidance.
Thanks.

If CCIS Centralized Billing feature is to be utilized the following is also required.

35.) CM 08 > 368 > 0 (Center office only. Set to a 1 in Remote office)
36.) CM 08 > 378 > 0 (Remote office only. Set to a 1 in Center office)
37.) CM 08 > 800 > 0 (Remote office only without AP00. Set to a 1 in Center office)
38.) CM A703 > CCH# > 1 (Center office only)
39.) CM A703 > CCH# > 0 (Remote office only)
40.) CM A704 > CCH# > Point Code of Centralized Billing Office (Remote site only)
41.) CM A704 > CCH# > NONE (Center office only)
42.) CM D000 > 76 > 1 (Center and Remote office)
43.) CM D001 > 179 > 1 (Center office only. Set to a 0 in Remote office)
44.) CM D001 > 239 > 1 (Center office only. Set to a 0 in Remote office)
45.) CM D016 > XX31 > 1 (Center and Remote office)
46.) CM D016 > XX32 > 1 (Center and Remote office)
47.) CM D016 > XX58 > 1 (Center and Remote office)
When using CCIS Centralized Billing the D003 command must be changed
47.) CM D003 > 29 > 800 (Center office)
48.) CM D003 > 26 > 1600 (Remote office) NOTE

With the above the SMDR for both sites will report out of port 0. Are you looking for the remote out port 1 with local out port 0?

Actually both out port 0 is great. I was told I would have to have them out port 0 & port 1.
I can't pull up any of the commands D000, D001, D016, or D003 on the remote switch. I get "HARD WARE ERROR" message on the MOC. When I looked back through my 'Office Data Listup' I couldn't find those commands listed. Are these commands only used when you have an AP00 card?

The D CM's are only for the AP00 if installed in the remote site so don't worry about them.
Just make sure you have 08>800>0, 08>378>0, A703>CCH#>0, and A704>CCH#>PC of main site. EC6 it and some times it needs a kick in the bum (reset CPU) to get it going.
