We have just set up caller ID on our 2000 IVS system. My problem is this, when I have it set to go directly to a phone I see the caller ID information while the call is rining. When I forward my calls to our auto-attendant (Repartee for Windows voicemail) the voicemail releases the call on transfer but I only see the PRI name of DDD displaying until I actually pick up the phone. Is there any setting to pass the data over to the voicemail either through the serial port or any other way.
