2000 and 2003 Trust

Have problems setting up a trust between a 2000 domain and 2003 domain. The problem that I have is I can setup a two-way trust Ok, from the 2000 domain I can browse the user accounts from the 2003 domain but cannot do this the other way around. The domains are in different IP ranges and different locations.

Any Ideas??

Domains have nothing to do with IP ranges and locations.

Do both domains share the same namespace, i.e. is one domain the child of the other domain?

The domains do not share the same name space.
