200 & 3300 Cable/Modem Pinouts

Anyone know of any posts that show the pinouts for DB9 for the SX-200 or USR Modems?

I'm also looking to purchase some of the DB9 to RJ45 and RJ45 to DB25 connectors. I would rather buy the ones that are raw (i.e. you creat the pinouts yourself). Does anyone have a source (cdn or usa) for those?

Not sure of a source to purchase conectors other than anixter.

usr modem needs null modem adapter and stock modem cable
and you just need a normal 9 to 9 for programming
