2 win2ks, hub, ethernet, cable modem, sharing - can't see folders?

I have two Win2Ks set up, sharing internet access with the cable modem through a hub using 2 NICs. They are set up as different computer names within the same workgroup, no DNS, no static IP, w/file sharing on (or so I thought). I can see the other computer from each station, I have simultaneous internet access, I am able to share printers with no problem. I just can't go any further into the file structure. I know I am missing something & it is simple - but what is it? *****************************************

Have you shared the folders you want the other PC to be able to access? The printers is automatic if you set it up as a network printer.
