Hi all,

I have 2 companies using 2 tables on startalk 2.0.04LC-4ch with CICS 4.0.
Right now if someone is in either table and hits 0 they go back to receptionist. I'd like it changed so that if they are in table 1 and hit 0 they get the receptionist and if they are in table 2 and hit 0 they get another ext. Is that possible for this system?
I know that each table should have its own attendant ...but in F983 I don’t have that choice.
Any input will be appreciated

dont think there were any choices for attentant on old startalk ...no prompt for att on each table

Thx for the reply luv2ski,
Yes you are right this option is not in the old startalk but is there a way around it.
I tried line control and other things with no luck

nope not on that old vm

Can you disable the attendant feature and build a CCR tree for each table? Then in the recording say to reach the operator please press 1. Just a thought not sure if it would work.

Just a suggestion, don't know if it will work. In both tables change the attendant to none. Set the Prime Set under lines to that particular set.

Line 001 company A recep. ext
Line 002 company A recep. ext
Line 003 company A recep. ext

Line 004 company B recep. ext
Line 025 company B recep. ext
Line 026 company B recep. ext

Test the zero with it set up like that it may work. Hope that helps
Kevin
