I've done queuing enough times on embedded and it's easy. But I have a customer with VMPro who wants some more advanced features that I've never done and I'm not sure are possible.

First, they want to know if they can be notified of their position in the queue. And I think I got that with Groups -> Queued -> Queue Position/ETA but if you have any tips that have worked for you, I'm open to suggestions. For instance, can they have both the position followed by an approximate wait time?

But the one thing I'm really not sure of, is they're wondering if they can have an option to leave a callback number to be automatically called back when their position in the queue would have come up. Is this at all possible?

While you can have both queue position and wait time, I have found the "wait time" variable promotes unhappy callers. Stick with queue position! If I am the 2nd caller in a queue and the average wait time is 30 seconds and with my call the time keeps expanding to 2 minutes then 3 minutes....I will be less than happy.

Call XIMA for the queued callback package or use the rebranded Avaya package.

Thanks, MSLORIEANN.

1 other question: Is there a way if the caller doesn't want to stay on hold, can they have the option to press 1 or something to leave a message.
