On a fresh install of Windows XP Pro I have also done an Office XP - Small Bussiness custom installation of everything except Outlook. After this install I installed Outlook 2003.
When anything from Office XP - Small buiness is run it asks for initials, and when outlook is run it only produces the error "Can not start Microsoft Outlook." If the user is given a local admin or better privelege then things seem to function perfectly. The users have roaming profiles.
Is there a policy that could be effecting the users that we have been unable to find? Any ideas and/or help would be appricated.
Thank you in advance.
