2 phones in 1 time zone, 3 phones in another time zone

A while back I asked this questions and the only response I got was that you can have phones show different times for the timezone that they are in if they are connected over mitel border gateway. Has anything with this changed? Can you use tenanting yet to assign some users 1 time zone and some users in a seperate time zone on a 3300 Mxe running 4.2 sp1

Last I heard, this is not currently possible without a MBG.

I may be wrong, but I believe if you have a local controller for the phones to connect to, that this could control the time zones as well.

I dp know it's possible with a MBG.

Yes, if you have a controller / timezone then the controller time will prevail but I do not understand that to be the case in this instance.
