IS-IT--Management
Sorry to be so green (or dumb, depending on how you look at it):
Employee has an 8410B telephone set.
First phone number (555-0001) is assigned to a port, and rings on first 2 buttons.
Employee wants a second phone number (555-0002) to ring on a third button on the same telephone set.
Since 555-0002 does not "terminate" elsewhere at a real phone (i.e. it is x-ported, therefore does not have a port assigned), is this still considered a "bridged call"?
What would be the easiest way to accomplish this?
Thanks in advance....
