2 NB Master Servers

If I have two NB master servers running NB 5.1 on Windows Server 2003 on separate networks, would either NetBackup server know if a tape is scratch.

I.E. Someone inserts a tape with data from NB Server A on it into the NB Server B library accidentally. Would that tape be overwritten as Server B does not have any history of that tape in it's catalogs/database? My first guess would be yes, but I'm not certain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes it would be overwritten..if you have "allow media overwrite"set up to allow it to overwrite TAR
