if you are refering to startalk/norstar try pressing feature
983 should prompt you for password based off of how many digits your exts are ex.. for 2 digits use 120000 or 3 digits 1020000, if this works press aa then you should see grtr table lines use greeting to record greeting prompts
use table to assign greetings and bus hrs use lines to assign if needs to be answered by vmail
