2 issues unknowns

First issue I am running into.

I have a BCM 50 and I am trying to setup a night transfer service for my phone system. I need to setup my phone system to transfer to two seperate phones during the evening. I know there is a night transfer service avaiable, but I don't know if it's possible to have two seperate extensions at once. Do I go into the Control set and seperate each one with a comma?

Next issue, I was told by a tech, that I could setup Auto Attendant without intializing my voicemail. I have all lines setup to answer by AA, but I can't manage to get the AA to pick up. What could I be missing?

that being said - i dont quite understand "2 separate extensions at once" - if you mean something like, your extension should call your cellphone and homephone in night service that is not possible.
Could you explain a little bit more in detail as to what you are trying to do

- Besides specifying lines to be answerd by AA, did you enable 'answer lines'

I enabled the AA to answer on all lines. Meaning, in call pilot, I went to each line and told it to answer AA instead of none. I haven't looked at the telephony on the BCM to enable redirect ring yet. I'm pretty sure that is supposed to be defaulted as redirect though.
