Hey guys - so i am trying to configure a second Avaya IP500V2 for resiliency to our Primary IP500V2. At this point i have the SCN up and the IP office lines between the sites created / and am just trying to get IP phones to rollover properly. The question i have for now is - when selecting the "SCN Resiliency Options" on the IP Office Line / do i enable/check them on the Primary IP Office's SCN Line, the Resilient IP500V2's IP Office Line, or on both systems scn lines?

You can do it on both even if it is only needed on the primary in your case. You need to setup valid SIP FQDNs on both and a common SIP domain.
J-Series phones have to pull the 46xxsettings.txt newly to learn the second call server.
