2 IP phones on a 2nd location connected through a IPVPN

We installed 2 Avaya 1608 Ip phones on a remote location that should connect through a IPVPN
They both stay on "Discover 192.168.1.2" wich is the IP Address of the IPO500V2
On both phones we configured static IP values ( IP Address, File Svr, Call Svr, Router and Mask )

This what we see in the Monitor of the PBX ( 192.168.5.30 and 192.168.5.31 ) are the static IP addresses of the phones.

and sometimes we see the following.

Route not configured on IP Office Side ?

can you ping phones through System Status ?
Can you ping IPO On IPVPN Side ?

I can ping the phones but i can not ping the IPO on the IPVPN site.

Do you have an IP route on the IP Office for the remote site?

I pinged the phones from SSA indeed
There is an IP route for that remote site
