2 Intercom Buttons but No Conference capability

I am a newbie, and have a Nortel/T7316E configuration with PRI in place. I have most of my phones configured with two intercom buttons but one phone has problems conferencing.

The phone seems to indicate one intercom path instead of two. Question is how do I set up a second intercom path?

First check to make shore that you do have 2 Inc button on this phone F*0 also make shore that the conference button is a conference button to there is not any thing in the system programing that will prevent a phone from setting up a conference except for restrictions or line access to set up 2 intercom go to set, line assignments, intercom and change it to 2
