2 email domains to one user

We have to .co.uk domains set up at our exchange site, one of the domains is for everyone and the other is for one person who is not with us anymore.

I need to forward the mail for that domain to an existing mailbox.

ive set up the IMS part so it reroutes but cant remember where to configure which user receives it!
