I'm ALMOST ready to call this project complete, but this week has a new problem.

BACKGROUND: BCM50 systems at two different offices. One running v1, one running v2. All patches are applied. 3-Digit dialing between sites works perfectly.

GOAL: Transfer external calls from one site to another.

STATUS: When I call Site 2 from my cell phone, and transfer that call to Site 1, it works perfectly.

But... if I call Site 1 from my cell and have them transfer to Site 2 (where I'm at today) the call rings through, but I get no audio on either end.

It seems like the kind of thing where there's a box that needs to be checked or un-checked on one system, but comparing the two sites in Element Manager, they look identical.

As always, any help is greatly appreciated!

Would it use different codecs and payload sizes for transferring external calls than it does for direct site-to-site calls? Because the site-to-site calls work fine...

Nope, I read it wrong. Same codecs and payloads.
