2.54 to .3.2.55 Issues

We upgraded from 2.54 to 3.2.55.

Would anyone know if the following bugs are bugs or just features removed

Internal/External Ringtones. Is there a way to make it more distinct.

Dunno if this is a feature removed or just something in the programming that needs to be be changed. All inbound calls past the 1st caller only ring once, and then the appearance button blinks on the receptionist phone. The receptionist is missing calls due to this. In the past, all inbound callers past the 1st caller would hear the *caller beep* tone on the handset.

i doesn't sound strange

i don't know the rings you where having before but the single beep at the second call is right

It used to *beep* into the headset about every 10 seconds.
The receptionist is missing calls due to the alert not being there right now.....just a short ringtone and flashing indicator on the call appearance.

I've looked and don't see where I can *massage* the programming to get it to do some sort of audible alert.

you have to deal with it or downgrade
