2.1 to 3.2 on 406V2 and Ph 16

I have not done this in FOREVER with this old version.
I have a cust with an old V1 406 at 2.1
I am replacing it with a 3.2 406V2 and adding embedded mail.
If I have the 3.2 on that 406V2 can I upgrade the ph 16 module straight to 3.2 or does it have to be step upgraded?

Yeah it has been a long time for me too so my memory is also fuzzy
Check if there is a 3.0.999 file for it and if so then it needs a step between but I think that was only for digital modules.
