2.1.27 Users not being able to log off

Users cannot log out of groups and continue to recieve calls until they press DND or the system is rebooted. Whats up with that?

Did not have that problem yet, hope not to get it either.
Have had the problem in version 2.1 (24) but not in 2.1 (27).
Little other problems (Call Listen) hope they are resolved in the next release.

I had a customer with version 2.1 (24) that hat that problem too. Upgraded to 2.1 (27) and it went away. I also saw a post that the voicemail pro 2.1 (10) was also part of the cause.

What version of voicemail do you have?

Delete the user and recreate it and that should work if not there is a 2.1(29) somewhere contact a dealer.

2.1(29) is not on GA yet (or so I've been told). 2.1(27) is the latest 'end-user' software.

Have you considered upgrading VM to 2.1.14? This seems to have stabilized some of my client sites. Especially with IP OFF. 2.1 (24~)

this problem is a know isue with V2.1(15) & V2.1(24) using VM Pro.
Upgrading t0o V2.1(27) & VM Pro 2.1.14 will resolve it
