1X Portal Stuck on "Checking Messages", Won't Play Voicemail Either

So I have a similar problem to the thread referenced here. The difference is that this happens only to one person's 1X, in various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE). I logged in as the user on my own machine browsers, and the same thing happens. She also loses call visibility and the ability to transfer in 1X.

About 2 weeks ago, she was unable to click and play messages to her phone from 1X, which I was never able to resolve.

We're running 1X version 8.1.94.60

Any help and ideas would be much appreciated!

Are you running VMpro and One-x on a windows server, UCM or Application server?

And only 1 user on different computers are experiencing this issue?

Other users on the persons computer has no problem?

Yes, it's the strangest thing.

1 user on different computers has this problem.

I logged into 1X on her machine browser as myself, and it ran fine.

I've checked all of her settings in IP Office Manager, compared them to other users, etc. and even changed some settings in hopes to knock this loose, without success.

I appreciate your help.

It looks like 10.1 (73). The title bar on IPO Manager displays [8.1(73)]

Sounds like config corruption, note her settings down then delete and recreate the user

Okkie26 -- Yes, I confirmed the same thing happens on a web browser on the One-X server.

amriddle01, I have suspected that might be the case, and the solution...I was hoping not to have to do that.

So back in October, I was getting ready to blow this user away and recreate it...but the problem mysteriously stopped on its own.

I don't see how to close this thread, but I think it should be.

Now, off to my new post and new problem.
