Hi - we have a few homeworkers who use 1XC and also log in as agents so their managers can keep tabs on them. However we seem to have issues with data being sent back to CMS. Many of them report that they have made more calls than CentreVu reports show.
For example, User A made 33 calls this morning but CentreVu only showed 2.
We don't have this issue when they work from the office on their softphones, only when they are using their home broadband and PC connected via cisco VPN.
I have been telling them that it must be due to their home broadband and vpn etc but wanted to know if anyone else has seen this?
