1GB ddr sdram?

I am thinking of buying a 1GB stick of pc2100 266 ddr sdram. Any suggestions about who to buy it from and who makes the best product?

Hi! if you find a 1 gig strip of 2100ddr then let me know cus I don't think they make make them??????
I think 512 are the biggest. Martin Please let members know if there advice has helped any.

Yo dude - a number of companies make them, including Samsung. Do a search on pricewatch.com.

WHY ?. Basicaly only CAD type apps will use more than 512 MB.I guess you could use the other 512 MB for HD disk Cache.
