192 voicemail problems

Have been trying to connect to in skin vm 4 port system with cosession. Have gotten several different settings from documents. co says nothing above 38 and one nec doc says 57600. have changed settings but no luck. What is are the correct setting? and at the banner screen how do you log on is alt. left shift key is this right? Any help would be great thanks. dk

Which voicemail card is it? CMS FMS VMP VMP ?
Which REV u10, u20 etc?

it is a fms rev 6.65.I have tried the most obvious nec,632 but none seem to work. Thanks for the hel. dk

If yor getting to the banner screen, press the F2 key then enter your password. after entering your password press enter

Since you are asking about the baud rate, are you even getting to the banner screen where you enter 632? If you are not getting to the banner screen what error message comes up in the bottom left corner of cosessions when you try to connect?

Is the Voice-mail new from a supplier?On some newer versions the way to login in hit F2..enter 632..if it asks for another password its 0327....If you put the 0327 in and are able to log in...0327 will be the default password for new subscribers..

The older vm's use 19200,8,n,1
Might also need to null your cable.
