1800# not showing at Console

I have a 1800# that is associated with a DID number. The DID rings at the console and uses the IDC table and LD 95 to display the name of the company. There are several company names that are answered by the Receptionist.
However, when someone dials the 1800 number, the company name does not display, ever though the 1800# is associated with the DID number. How can this be fixed so that if someone dials either the 1800# or the DID number, the call will still show the same company name.
 
Put a name on the IDC number in LD 95.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.


 
Tried that. The DID works but this does not work for a 1800#.
 
Print the Attendant Console (I assume this is a 2250 console) and see if DNDI=DNDA - that would be required if you wanted to see the name of "what was dialed" by the caller.

Just a possibility...

In your IDC tables, change the value so the incoming # transfers to the # for voice mail. call the toll free, if you are using the correct number voice mail should answer saying words to the effect of xxxx does not have a mailbox. This is the number you want to put the name against. Then switch your IDC table back to normal and hopefully the correct name will display.
 
Thanks for your suggestions. It turned out that it was a carrier issue. The problem was fixed by the carrier.
