I have a 1800# that is associated with a DID number. The DID rings at the console and uses the IDC table and LD 95 to display the name of the company. There are several company names that are answered by the Receptionist.
However, when someone dials the 1800 number, the company name does not display, ever though the 1800# is associated with the DID number. How can this be fixed so that if someone dials either the 1800# or the DID number, the call will still show the same company name.
