1751V does't bootup

I loaded c1700-k8sy7-mz.122-8.T4 to 1750v router(rom ver 12.3 something) but in next boot it was stucked.
OK LED continously blinking and console output gives "²Íöþ~"only

Can't go into rommon even
Any help woul'd be appreciated.

Mistake was I have changed baud rate 115000 to speedup x modem file transfer but not in terminal session
