In the last day or two, I have had several calls similar to this concerning many different types of modules.
I am certain that there were MULTIPLE power hits in many parts of the country.
That being said, you can do the following:
1 - Power down and back up
2 - In maintenance do a BUSY OUT & RESTORE
3 - In System Programming, do a BOARD RENUMBER
IF none of the above give relief, try powering down, remove the failing card and power up, do the board renum without it - then power down again - put it back and power up again and do another board renumber.
Hopefully, you will have this resolved by step 3.
