1616 Phones Transfer issue

Has anyone run into an Issue on R6.1 with these 1616 phones having issue's transferring calls. I have 2 of them on one system and they both do the same thing.

A Call comes in, user answers call, the user presses transfer to transfer the call no dial tone is given its like the transfer button doesn't work. It does not do this on every call it's intermittent.

Anyone seen this or know anything about it?

Or a user withou CA's programmed.

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
 
They both have 3 CA's each, at first I thought it was that and we gave them both a 4 CA, after watching closely we found that is not the issue.

I did notice that new firmware is available for these phones in the new maintenance release we are going to give that a try.

When they have a call and this issue happens, check they have available CA buttons to make a call. They could be getting other calls coming in at the same time taking up the other keys.

Tick Reserve last CA for each of the users.
