ACE: Implement IP Office

There is no permenant fix, Avaya have not resolved this for the last few releases...why... as it doesn't show in monitor traces so they dismiss it out of hand.

As mentioned pulling the connector out the back and re-connecting will fix until the next reboot. I believe there is a firmware out for the CM/Aura which fixes similar issues but not this specific one however that firmware is not supported on IP Office though you could try it :)

THANKS ALL FOR REPLYING.

I am leary to apply the 1.3013 firmware for the cm/aura to the ip office as it does state that it is not for it. has anyone else tried it? ct support advises not to try...

thanks to all.
