1616-I Remote IP phone setup with Verizon FIOS

We are trying to set up a remote IP phone (1616-I) to an IPOFFICE behind a Verizon FIOS router. Does anyone have any instructions on setting up these phones? Any input would be helpful and thank you in advance!

What needs doing is in the help file in Manager (Remote H323 phones), but those phones are not supported in that scenario only the 96xx series are, even then it's very hit and miss...more miss :)
