1616-I Phoneset Support on R5.0.8

We have tested 1616-I phoneset on IPO500 running R6.0.8 and then tried to install it back to another IPO500 running R5.0.8 but the phoneset could not be register.
We are not sure it may due to phoneset firmware issue, or it is not support on IPO500 R5.0.8... How we could downgrade 1616-I phoneset firmware? or upgrade IPO500 release to R5.0.20?

They only work from 5.0.20 and higher.
