1616-I LED settings

Hi,

I have an IP 500v2 running 9.1 with embedded voicemail, I have a few users with 1616-I phones with the User action setup so that they can monitor other extensions. The problem I have is that although this works the LED is constantly flashing while the other extension is on the phone and I wondered if it was possible to set this to a steady red light instead as on a 16 button phone with 12 user s set it looks like a Christmas tree.

No, steady light means the user is logged off/ in DND or unplugged, it is what it is
