1616 Display on IPO 6.0.18

Hey guys,

I have customer running an IPO v1 on 6.0.18 and is using a 1616 phone.

The display on the phone shows incoming caller info (name and number) when the phone is hung up. However, if the user is on the phone, the CA rings once, the LED for the CA lights up, but the display never changes to show who is calling in. The only way I have found to get that info is to use the arrow keys to scroll while the call is ringing.

Anyone know of a way to have it just pop up?

press the feature button in the display, scroll to phone user and press select, scroll to phone screen settings and press select, scroll to show call waiting, and press change or press the left or right arrow button to turn the feature on. When done, simply press Done.

Do you know if you can set that globally in Manager?

You can change this.
It is called Attention ring.
You need to change this per user.
You can find this at User -> Telephony -> Multi-line Options -> Attention ring.

Change it from Abbreviated ring to Ring.
