1608 Telephone languaje problem

I have a
IPO 500 in a 4.2.17 Version.
I have a 1608 IP Telephone I need change the phone Languaje to spanish but in a languaje menu i don't have the spanish laguaje only english.

How to change languaje?
I need upgrade telephone firmware?
How to upgrade the firmare?

Goto;
C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\

Open the 46settings file;
search for; ## SET LANG2FILE "mlf_spanish.txt"
and remove the ##
restart the phone.

And do not forget to put the "mlf_spanish" in to the same directory as the other files !
