I have an IP Office 8.0.44 with embedded voicemail.
The site had a bad 1608 so I moved another phone to that location. When the replacement phone came, I put it where I took the other one from. Now it reboots every 1 to 5 minutes. I tried removing the extension and readding it while the phone was unplugged but that didn't seem to make any difference.
When I look in Manager at the extension, sometimes it thinks the phone is a 1608 and sometimes it says 4624.
The phone says it is the current firmware on the system status app.
I cleared the settings on the phone as well by doing the mute button and clear.
The bad extension number is 121.
