1608 phones and Headset

Hi

Is anyone else getting complaints from users who has wired headsets on 1608 phones, even if they have the correct cables for the selected headset ?
Complaints like bad sound, noice.

Yes, it works fine with the handset and it is complaints for both GN (GN1215 cable) and Plantronics (HIS cable).

Have also tried with the AGC settings.

how many users are complaining? is it bad on every single phone on the system? i would start mixing and matching parts to try and find the weak link.

No, this is not only one system and not only in one country. The total affected users are many. The main part of the Users are satisfied and myself have tested with different headsets without any problem.
I just wanted to know if anyone else is getting these sort of complaints, because then I would know how to tackle the problem.
