1608-Phone Locked

HELP!!

I have a customer that seems to have locked his phone. But i cant find anywhere how to unlock it.

Please help

You still have not answered whether you can make an internal call or not and if not, is the keypad non-responsive.

Sorry car. Internal only. The customer has just phoned to say he has been messing with the phone had has sorted it, But doesn't know how.

How helpful is that.

The customer has just phoned to say he has been messing with the phone had has sorted it, But doesn't know how.

Seems faie enough after all isnt that how he broke it in the 1st place.

I suspect the handset was logged off & is now logged on again (possibly after a system reboot)
