I got a problem need your advices. Details are as follows:
IP500v1, R5(22), using 1608 without "i". Application using 3rd party recorder, switch port mirroring IPO LAN1. I found the recording is lag about 4s, only if I pick up handset, dial 9+tel no. If I use handsfree operation, without pickup handset, press "9 + tel no", when connected, i pick up the handset, the recording is fine and time is in sync.
I try to duplicate in office with IP500v2, R8, using 1608i. using wireshark to rebuild the voip calls, all recordings are fine and time is in sync.
Anyone can help on this issue? telephone firmware is 1.3 already. T1 as PSTN.

PS. anyone know how to trace the call setup packet using, which might find out the difference between two operation mode with any difference.
