1608-I Phone Directory Issue

HI

After hiting the DIRECTORY Key i can serach the names , if the two or more names starting same letter , i cant go to next name

is there a way to go to next name in 1608-I phones

Please advice

1616-I with latest firmware. Tried all ways - do not work.

[Definity]

Directory key is used in combination of 'Next' & 'call-display' if there are more names with same alphabets, press 'next' key. It will display other names & 'call-display' will place the call to the number searched.

Not sure if you you are looking at Active directory integrated with IP phones.
