Hi,

When I want to add 1608 or 1616 IP stations, on the station form I can not find the model. I define them as 9620. Is this the best way? Any advices?

The 16xx series phones work on ACM4.0 and above. If you have ACM3.0 you must alias them as 4610 type for the 1608 and as 4620 type for the 1618 phone, the command is "change alias station", 1st column is the 16xx set type and 2nd column put the 46xx set type.

I have ACM5.1 . Is it same for it?

Same thing here. CM 5.0, no predefined option for 16xx series sets. Do we have to alias at CM 5.x also?
